What does a ticket to 99 Days Picnic include?

The basic picnic ticket ($500) includes a picturesque picnic for four in the gardens of the Schindler House, private viewing of the exhibition Autonomous Design, featuring seven cutting-edge Danish designers, luxurious food and drinks, served on place settings by MAEK Ceramics, annual membership to the MAK Center ($150 value) and summery gifts from dynamic brands including Sun Bum, Humboldt Apothecary, and Kikori Whiskey. Additional add-ons including doubling your party for 4 additional guests (+$500) or a fireside dinner upgrade ($5000 total cost) with a private chef.

How long can our party stay?

Your appointment for the house begins at 5:00 pm and ends at 7:30 pm, you are welcome to join at any time.

What does the fireside dinner include?

I’d like to bring more than 8 guests.

Please email us at office@makcenter.org for more details about adding on additional guests to your ticket.

What policies are in place during the COVID-19 pandemic? 

Daily capacity is limited as required by the State of California, with only two picnic parties (or max. 8 guests) permitted on-site at any given time. All serving ware and utensils are sanitized and cleaned in advance.

I have to cancel my appointment. Can I rebook my visit for another day?

Yes, please email office@makcenter.org to reschedule your visit to another date.

I have to cancel my booking. Can I receive a refund?

We do not offer refunds for the booking, but you can reschedule your visit or pass the opportunity forward! Please email office@makcenter.org to reschedule your visit or transfer your ticket to another party.

Is this child-friendly? Are children included in the 4 person party?

Children under 3 years old are free to attend, with a maximum of 2 children per party. Children over 3 years of age count towards the 4 person guest limit.
